I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with a prime location that made exploring downtown Montreal and Old Montreal a breeze. The room was clean and spacious, although I did find the setup a bit unusual with separate areas for the toilet and shower. The staff was generally helpful, but there were some bumps, particularly with housekeeping that could use improvement.

Rooms
8.0
My room was large, with an interesting layout that may be quirky for some guests. I appreciated the wood floors, as they felt much cleaner than carpet. However, I did notice some dust bunnies in the corners.
Service
6.0
The service was a mixed bag. While some staff were friendly and attentive, my experience with housekeeping left much to be desired. I had to remind them to service my room multiple times during my stay, which was disappointing.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location was perfect for visiting churches, restaurants, and the Port. I could easily walk to Old Montreal, which was a major plus for me as a tourist. It was also close to St. Catherine Street for shopping.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were decent; I enjoyed a good breakfast at the hotel, but I felt that the selections were limited for the price. I noticed that the dining area got busy, and if you arrived late, the hot food would be gone.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offers a range of facilities, including parking, though it can be tight for larger vehicles. I liked the lounge area as a nice place to relax after a long day of exploring the city.

My stay at Hotel Ac Montreal Centre-Ville had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, allowing me to easily explore Old Montreal and nearby attractions. However, I faced some service issues, especially with housekeeping not attending to my room when expected. Overall, while I appreciated the spacious room and modern amenities, the lack of consistent service was a disappointment.

Rooms

My room was spacious and felt very clean, which was great for comfort during my stay. The big beds could easily accommodate four people, adding to the overall appeal.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the service was inconsistent. I struggled with housekeeping not showing up despite requests. It took several calls to get my room attended to, which was frustrating.
Location

The hotel is in a perfect spot, close to Old Montreal, and just a short walk from great dining options in Chinatown. It really made getting around the city easy.
Dining

While I didn't dine extensively at the hotel, I found the lobby lounge a bit busy during breakfast. It seemed like if I arrived late, I missed out on hot food.
Facilities

The hotel's amenities, including the swimming pool on the top floor, were really nice, but I did have high expectations for all services, especially given the modern setup.

I had a great time at Hotel Ac Montreal Centre-Ville, thanks to its prime location and comfy accommodations. The staff was friendly and very helpful, making my stay enjoyable. However, there were a few hiccups, like a noisy plumbing issue that kept me awake and some housekeeping oversights that needed addressing.

Rooms

My room was spacious with large windows offering stunning views of Montreal's skyline. The beds were really comfy, but the bathroom layout had its quirks, like a heavy glass barn door that didn’t seem practical for everyone.

The staff members were super friendly and bilingual, which made communication a breeze. They quickly addressed my housekeeping concerns, which I appreciated.
Location

The location is perfect for exploring the city, with shopping areas, Chinatown, and Old Town just a short walk away. I loved not having to travel far to find great spots.
Dining

I experienced some issues with the restaurant service, like the food being delayed, yet the breakfast options were decent albeit a bit pricey. There could have been more variety, especially in juices.
Facilities

The gym was nice, and the indoor pool area offered fantastic views. However, I had trouble finding information about the pool's location within the hotel, which was a bit frustrating.

I had a pleasant experience at Hotel AC Montreal Centre-Ville. The staff were genuinely attentive and welcoming, and my room was spacious and clean. However, the noise from the plumbing system was quite disruptive at times, which affected my overall comfort. Despite that, the location was central and offered easy access to both Old Montreal and local attractions.

Rooms
8.0
My room was modern and well-designed, featuring wood floors instead of carpet, which I appreciated. It was cozy and had all the necessary amenities, although the bathroom layout was a bit unconventional with the sink in the main room.

Location
9.0
The hotel's location was a major highlight for me, being within walking distance of Old Montreal, restaurants, and shopping. It made exploring the city very convenient.
Dining
6.0
The dining options were decent but somewhat limited. I felt that there could have been more variety for the breakfast menu to match the costs.

I had a mixed experience at the AC Hotel Montreal. While the location was fantastic, allowing easy access to both Old Montreal and shopping areas, the service left something to be desired. My room was modern and spacious, but I faced some housekeeping issues during my stay. Overall, it had its highs and lows.

Rooms

My room was spacious and modern with beautiful views downtown, though I found the layout strange, lacking a separate bathroom and with the sink in the room. The amenities were well provided, but the sheets appeared wrinkled and not freshly ironed.

While the check-in process was seamless and I appreciated the friendly service, I faced inconsistencies with housekeeping. There were issues like a locked safe and delays in getting requested items, which impacted my stay.
Location
